It all started from a forgotten beehive of the grandfather and the grandson (Marios Konstantinou) found it in the grandfather’s warehouse where there were still hives and the story of Melin Esti took its first steps.
Marios Constantinou showed love in creating honey initially as a hobby but because of his character and his hard work he attended courses – seminars at the Aristotle University (Beekeeping Laboratory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and actively participated in seminars in Cyprus and abroad and invested in his business idea. All of the above has been and will continue to be done so that the consumer can always get the highest quality Honey through traditional and good beekeeping practices.
